A completely rebuilt custom cafe racer on the basis of a CX500 1978. The engine block: overhauled, heads levelled, polished, new gaskets, rubbers etc. all block bolts were carefully replaced. The bike was designed in Photoshop and Solidworks and personally built by me. Custom frame and swingarm with a new aluminium subframe, custom stainless steel exhaust, seat upholstered by Zilvermachine, a GSXR1000 front fork with a handmade headlight. The manually adjusted fuel tank was given a high-quality spray by Marco Odink. Powder-coating done by Custom Coating Helvoirt. The rear wheel as a basis the hub of the GL1000k1 with stainless steel spokes in an Excel rim from JSR wheels. New Dunlop rubber on both rims, 3D manufactured fenders (unfortunately not shown). The revised carburetor direct coils and renewed brakes ensure a trustworthy and smooth ride. As a brain the M-unit Blue which offer many options via Bluetooth such as: alarm system, position display, keyless start and many options available from the M-unit app. A Scope mini counter displaying digital speed from Motogadget. All this resulting in a brutal cafe racer! 2nd place Customshow "Bike and Boards 2018".
