Born in Rotterdam in 1929, painter G.J.A.van Reede (22 Feb 1929 - 12 Aug 1998) Brought to the Academy of Fine Arts in Rotterdam. He followed classes of, amongst others, Willem H. Mühlstaff and Aart Bijl. After the Academie he was taught in the studio of Wim Motz, something that has had great influence on his development.
Lived and worked in Rotterdam.
At the end of the 1950s the artist lived and worked in Germany. He made many trips to France and Italy.
This work also comes with a certificate of the painter.
