Beautiful antique coal scuttle of cast iron, also called turtle because of its shape. The lid is richly decorated with flowers and an image of Zeus surrounded by Rococo roles. Under the image the inscription "Corneau Freres, A Charleville Ardennes". The lid has a brass knob and the tray stands on 4 feet. The heavy object is in very nice condition. Weight 23 kg in total, 60 L, 38 wide, 33 high. Inscription: Corneau Freres A Charlesville Ardennes. Because it is a heavy object, it can be picked up in Elst (Utrecht). Shipping within Europe in 2 packages with DPD track and trace, to the rest of the world with post.nl track and trace.
